Our high phenol, limited production Favalosa is the perfect example of a robust oil that contains a significant amount of fruitiness. While it displays aromas of dry herbs and sweet grass, it also has a profound berry centre and lingering peppery finish. The slight astringent bitterness is reminiscent of bitter arugula and radicchio.
