Our 2024 Cobrancosa Reserve was harvested and processed in under an hour from trees grown in rocky soil. This resulted in an intensely aromatic and robust example. You'll notice bitter, herbaceous notes of unripe olive, green olive and hints of floral on the back with loads of pungency.
