Medicinal Ingredients: *Sweet Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare subsp. Vulgare var. dulce, Seed)... 0.27mL(1:5, QCE 54mg), *Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria, Whole plant)... 0.27mL(1:6, QCE 45mg), *Gentian (Gentiana lutea, Root)... 0.18mL (1:4, QCE 45mg), *Ginger (Zingiber officinale, Rhizome)… 0.09mL (1:4, QCE 22.5mg), and *Peppermint (Mentha x piperita, Leaf)... 0.18mL (1:6, QCE 30mg).

This Tincture Blend can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 1.5 - 3 mL, 2 - 3 times per day. Take 15-60 min before meals.
