EVOO with Harissa Infused

Traditionally used in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is a condiment made with chili peppers (often smoked), baklouti peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to fully develop its flavor. This is one of the hottest in our collection and makes a perfect addition to couscous, hummus, stews and soups.
