Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative), and as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 mL, 2-4 times per day. As a sleep aid, take one dose before bedtime.
