Herbal Bitters Tincture

Medicinal Ingredients: *Angelica (Angelica archangelica - 1:4, QCE 32.5mg), *Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra - 1:4, QCE 32.5mg), *Artichoke (Cynara cardunculus - 1:6, QCE 21.67mg), *Gentian (Gentiana lutea - 1:4, QCE 21.75mg), *Ginger (Zingiber officinale - 1:4, QCE 11mg), *Juniper (Juniperus communus - 1:5, QCE 17.4mg), *Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare - 1:5, QCE 14.5mg), *Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria - 1:6, QCE 14.5mg),*Turmeric (Curcuma longa - 1:5, QCE 8.8mg), *Peppermint (Mentha piperita - 1:6, QCE 7.167mg), *Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale - 1:6, QCE 7.167mg), *Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla - 1:6, QCE 7.333mg)

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia.

Harmonic Arts Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits.

Duration of Use: For occasional use only. If symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 4ml 3-4 times/day
Take 15-20 minutes before meals.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding,if you have a peptic ulcer, gallstones, a gall-bladder disease, excess stomach acid, a bleeding disorder, asthma, constipation, a gastro-intestinal disorder, or iron deficient anaemia. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, or to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, if you are pregnant, if you have a bile duct or intestinal obstruction, or if you have hypokalemia, anaemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers, or if you have allergies to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, or if you have heard disease, low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet), or if you are taking products containing diuretics. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications with may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.

Known Adverse Reactions: May cause nausea or abdominal complaints, in which case discontinue use. See a doctor immediately if you develop dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat, or difficulty breathing.

Special Note: Once opened, please consume within one year to prevent evaporation and avoid contamination.
