From our urban and rural hives this local MOB honey is a scoopable, spreadable, spoon-worthy jar that is best eaten with charcuterie, on ice cream, on a warm bagel and cream cheese or sourdough.
 
Store in your cupboard. If it crystallizes, well then then you’ve waited too long to eat it. You can always pop it in a sunny location to liquify but not too long or the wax will melt.
